Hi, I’m Gordon. I design websites around the people who use them.

I studied Service Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). It's a field built around one question: what is it actually like to be this business's customer? Service designers map every step of that experience, from the first search to the follow-up, and fix the places where people get stuck.

Most websites skip that question. They start with a template, add some photos, and hope. I start with your customers: how they search, what they need to know before they trust you, and what makes them pick up the phone. Then I design a site that answers those questions.

I’ve lived in Flagler County for more than 20 years. I’ve watched Palm Coast grow from a quiet town into one of the fastest-growing places in Florida, and I’ve watched A1A get washed out by hurricanes and rebuilt. Through all of it, the local businesses that make this place feel like home kept their doors open.

Here’s what bugs me: great local businesses losing customers to chains, just because the chain was easier to find on a phone. Your food is better. Your service is more personal. Your website should prove it, and that’s the job I’m here to do.
