Beck Creative ("I", "me") is a web design business run by Gordon Beck in Flagler County, Florida. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

Information you choose to send me. When you fill out the consultation form, I receive what you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website, the plan you're interested in, and your message. If you email or call me, I receive whatever you share that way.

Basic technical information. Like nearly every website, the servers that host this site automatically record standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics that follow you around the web.

How I use it

• To reply to your request and talk with you about your project
• To prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver the work and send invoices
• To keep the website secure and working properly

I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Who else handles it

I never sell or rent your information. A few trusted services help run this site and only process information to provide their service:

• Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to my email (Formspree privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
• Netlify hosts this website (Netlify privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
• My email provider stores the messages I receive.

I may also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as needed for the project, taxes and my business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I have about you. Email gordonwbeck@gmail.com and I'll take care of it promptly.

Children

This website is for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
