How long does a website take?
Most Starter sites launch in 2–3 weeks and Standard sites in 4–6 weeks. The biggest factor is usually how quickly we can gather photos and feedback, and I keep that part simple.
What do you need from me?
An hour for our first conversation, your logo (if you have one), any photos you like, and quick feedback when I send a preview. If you don’t have good photos or text yet, I’ll help you get them.
Who owns the website?
You do, completely: the domain, the content and the site itself. Everything is registered in your name, and you get every login. If we ever part ways, you take it all with you.
What happens after launch?
Every site includes 30 days of fixes and small tweaks. After that, just text or call when you need a change. I quote it first and bill by the hour. You are never locked in.
Are there ongoing costs?
Your domain name is usually about $15–20 a year. For most small business sites, hosting is free or a few dollars a month. I will tell you the exact numbers up front. There are no monthly fees from me.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Projects use a short, plain-English agreement with a fixed price, and there are no monthly plans.
Do you only work in Flagler County?
Flagler County is home and my focus, but I also work with businesses in St. Augustine, Ormond Beach and across Northeast Florida.
